Canadian Township Approves Mormon Temple

Groundbreaking will be Aug 4th 2007 on the temple and meeting house in Willoughby Vancouver B. C. Canada. Construction was approved by the township council only after some controversy over its size and lighting.

Willoughby is a neighbourhood in Langley, not Vancouver. Langley is a suburb of Vancouver.
