Mormonism Search enables you to search a broad range of Mormon web sites, related both to the LDS Church and other Mormon denominations, without all the other stuff getting in the way. Posts at Sustain'd even show up in search results! Check it out.

Kudos to transfigurism.org guys :) Glad to be able to search for LDS content without running into 9 out of 10 links with insulting garbage.

I think the least I can do is read some of the transfigurism material.

    Its true that I've done a lot of work with LDSsearch.com, which makes me qualified to talk about its strengths. LDSsearch.com indexes pages from about (currently) 3,425 different sites. The list of sites comes from the More Good Foundation, which has made a considerable effort to find good LDS oriented sites on a wide variety of mormon topics.

For the sake of comparison, I searched for "Gospel Cougar" (with quotes) and received this many hits:

- Mormonism Search: 10

- LDSsearch.com: 8

    It looks like Mormonism Search is returning 21 hits for "Gospel Cougar" now.

    Oh, you might have only looked at the first page, which shows the first 10.

    Hmm. When I do a search for "faith", Mormonism search returns 159 pages while LDSsearch.com returns 4,575 results. All this means is that LDSsearch.com is tuned more for words like "faith" than it is for words like "gospel cougar".
