This is basically a snopes.com for Mormon urban legends. Different rumors, like the quote about current youth having been generals in the war in heaven, are discussed there, with comments about whether or not the story is documented, and factual. It's been on the internet for quite awhile, but I had forgotten about it till today when it was mentioned at mormonmentality.org. I've heard that quote about the current youth quite often, and now I'm glad I have a source to rely on when I object to it.
