Yeah, I was a little confused by that. I had to scan back through the article to figure out why they were calling the bishop simply "bishop"

    I once had a Bishop whose name is Bishop. Bishop Bishop. :) A long time ago I knew a guy whose last name is Pastor. His title was Reverend. Reverend Pastor. Some people are just destined to be spiritual leaders from the time they are named.

I guess that's one way to try to get your temple recommend! Obviously this guy is mentally unstable. There is simply no other explanation!
